Royann is a marketing and communications veteran with more than two decades of corporate experience with brands such as Heineken, FIFA, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Grand Hyatt and Baha Mar. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Georgia, a Masters Degree in Design Management from University of The Arts London, and professional certificates in digital transformation from KTH, Royal Institute of Technology. Royann is the chairperson of the digital transformation committee and a director at the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation. She is also the developer of Inspired/By, conversations about business, design and creativity.

Boudino de Jong
Business Strategy and Development
Boudino is a FinTech disruptor with a unique background in business and technology. After completing a bachelor's degree in international business and an MBA in strategic innovation management, he began his professional career as a personal banking investment advisor. He went on to complete further studies at the University of Barcelona, focusing on european integration, economic policy and market consumption sociology. Baudino subsequently became part of the launch team for several tech ventures, served as the chief innovation officer for a virtual logistics provider, and rolled out the innovative Skenicash, a widely successful loyalty program.
Business Strategy and Organizational Development
Gino’s business skills are an innovative mix of understanding international markets and organization development, resulting in assistance that helps clients to optimize their services. Gino started his career in asset management after completing a bachelor's degree in international business management and a graduation cum laude with a masters degree in strategic management.
Lazar Charlton has approximately two decades of experience in integrated marketing communications in Canada and The Bahamas. In addition to being an adept social media content developer, copywriter, and editor, he has a thorough understanding of communications for the hospitality industry, having led communications for the Bahamas property of the luxury all-inclusive Sandals Resort. Lazar’s communication and creative skills also extend to creating and co-executive producing My Island Routes, a Bahamian web and television series about the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and being a partner in The New Duff, an innovative culinary start-up. Lazar attended Western University in Canada, obtaining undergraduate degrees in sociology and health sciences as well as a graduate degree in sports injury therapy.

Tim’s undergraduate degree in business and extensive experience in sports management is used to help our clients set objectives, manage projects, and reach commercial goals in the digital landscape.

Liz has a stellar career in creative management from her experiences at advertising and brand communication agencies in the Caribbean and Europe. In addition to developing, planning, implementing and managing overall digital marketing strategies, she also uses her art direction, brand management and graphic design skills to overall the overall design processes. Liz manages the skilled team of creative developers.
